For any killed vaccine use 20G half inch needle , automatic fixed dose piston syringe is better. Change the vaccine needle after min. 1000 birds. Use killed vaccine once it’s at room temperature. While storing never put bottles in freezer.

For live vaccine  eye drop use long needle syringe to pull diluent and mix in vaccine vial turn up-side down few times to  mixed the contents .Rinse the vaccine vial min. 2 times with diluent .Use vaccine brand supplied dropper for eye drop vaccine. Avoid using diluent of one brand with vaccine of different  brand. Never use distilled water, normal saline  or boiled-chilled water as vaccine diluent.

For drinking water live vaccine use ice and skim milk powder @ 5 gm per litre of water to be used. Try vaccination in coolest part of the day and vaccine dropper should heat up while vaccination process. Use many droppers  and keep changing dropper every 15 minutes, keeping un-used droppers in  chilled ice box.

Note – Never give under dose of vaccine and bury the vaccine vial or bottles for disposing after usage.
